At NABU, we have the utmost respect for your privacy and value your trust the most. This Privacy Policy gives details about how all your data is collected, used, and stored by us. This Privacy Policy of NABU is advised to be read carefully. By using and downloading the NABU website/WAP site/application you give us the consent expressly to use and disclose your personal information by our Privacy Policy. Please do not access or use NABU, if you do not agree to our terms of the policy. NABU’s privacy policy may change from time to time without any prior notification. We request you to kindly review the policy periodically, to make sure that you are well aware of the changes if any. This Privacy policy will apply to the NABU desktop website, applications, and mobile WAP site.

We will not rent, share or sell your personal information to any third-party vendor. Your mobile number/email address will not be used for any unsolicited SMS and/or emails. Any SMS and/or emails sent by NABU will be only in connection with all the necessary provisions of agreed products and services and this Privacy Policy.

Periodically, the general statistical information about NABU and its users might be revealed, such as type and number of goods and services purchases, number of visitors, etc.

We reserve all the right to communicate any personal information of yours to any third party who makes a request that we are legally compliant to for its disclosure.

Personal Information

Personal information indicates and includes all the necessary information which can be linked to an individual or can help in identifying an individual, like name, mailing address, address, email ID, telephone number, cardholder name, credit card number, card expiration date, and other information like data card, mobile phone, DTH service, Smart Tags, electricity connection and any details which might be provided by the user voluntarily in connection while availing any of the NABU services.

At the time of browsing through NABU, information may be collected regarding the details of the mobile/tab, domain, and host from where you access the Internet, Internet service provider (ISP) in use, Internet Protocol (IP) address of the device or, and other anonymous statistical site data.

Use of Personal Information

We use the personal information of customers to provide them with the products and services they have explicitly requested for. To troubleshoot concerns, resolve disputes, collect money, help promote safe services, measure the interest of consumers in our services, updates, product, updates, services, detect and protect against error, customize your experience, enforce NABU’s terms and conditions, fraud and other criminal activity, etc.

Your contact information is used to send offers based on your interests and previous orders. We may ask you occasionally to complete our online surveys which are completely optional. Contact information and other demographic information ( like age, gender, zip code, etc.). This data helps us to customize your experience at NABU, providing you with content that might interest you and displaying the content according to your choices and preferences.

Cloud Platform

The product provides a “Conversation Cloud Platform” integrated with WhatsApp Business, allowing customers to store, manipulate, analyse, and transfer messages between their business systems and their customers across various NABU’s provided and third-party messaging channels (the "Service").

NABU sends messages to the Cloud API, where the messages are temporarily stored before being transmitted to the WhatsApp platform. The Cloud API temporarily holds the messages for any necessary transmissions. After 30 days, WhatsApp messages are automatically deleted.

The Client acknowledges that, in the provision of services under this Agreement, data localization for WhatsApp infrastructure is not offered by the Company. Any data shared with or obtained by the Company in the process of providing WhatsApp messaging services will not be subject to data localization.

NABU is committed to protecting Personal Data, including data we process for our own purposes and data we maintain on behalf of our clients.

Cookies

A “cookie” is a piece of information that is stored on a web browser by a web server so that it can be read back later from the browser. Cookie and tracking technology is used by NABU depending on the offered features. No personal information of the user will be collected through cookies and tracking technology. However, if any personally identifiable information is provided earlier then such information might be tied to the cookies. Tracking and aggregate cookie information may be shared with third parties.
